Sea Forms

Samantha Clark is a visual artist and writer based in Birsay. Orkney residents may be familiar with her large-scale mural artwork in the hub area of the Balfour hospital in Kirkwall. 

In the windows she showed ‘Sea Forms’, a suite of monochrome prints that respond to the forms of sea foam, sponges and corals, and the drawings of Ernst Haeckel that depict microscopic sea creatures.
