This solo exhibition features a mixture of imagery and sound inspired by the piers and nousts along the shoreline of Stromness, exploring the elements of sea, land and sky.
The show includes a new interactive work that starts its life here at Northlight Gallery. The idea for this piece is to reimagine and recycle all the bits of sound recordings that are usually discarded – especially wind noise, which is so prevalent here.
